Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your vintage finds! Please read our policy carefully as each piece is unique and preloved.

Try-On Period

• 7 days from delivery date to initiate a return or exchange

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them

• Original tags and packaging must be attached

Return Requirements

• Email us at mywalkingcloset.com@gmail.com with your order number and return reason

• Wait for our confirmation before shipping items back

• Include original packing slip in your return package

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Items must be safely packaged to prevent damage

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items marked "Final Sale"

• Intimates and swimwear

• Items showing signs of wear or washing after delivery

• Items returned after the 7-day window

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Refund will be issued to your original payment method

• You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Exchanges

• Want a different size or item? Email us first to check availability

• Since our items are vintage and one-of-a-kind, exact exchanges may not be possible

• We're happy to help you find an alternative piece

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• We carefully inspect all items before shipping

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of reception

• Please include photos of the issue

• We'll cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items

Store Credit

• Don't want a refund? We offer store credit with an additional 10% bonus

• Store credit is valid for 6 months from issue date

While our items are preloved, we maintain high quality standards. Each piece is thoroughly inspected and any notable flaws are mentioned in the product description.
